Several days ago I woke up from a nightmare screaming in my sleep.  In my dream I was working with an officer who I just adore.  He leaves my control room, and another returns.  This new face is the face of fear.  It is the face of someone that triggers my  BDD.  It is a face I recognize.  Consumed with terror, I try to run, but I cannot run.  I yell for him to let me out, and he won't.  His face changes to someone I do not recognize, but I call him Marvin, soneone in my past.  I'm frantic at this point, tugging the door, kicking the door, and screaming let me out. I wake up screaming and in tears.  I cried out, "Jesus."
